Spelt Bread

Recipe Ingredients

		Medium 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
1 1/8 cups	266ml	Goat milk
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Blackstrap molasses
1 1/2 cups	93g / 3.3oz	Spelt flour
1 1/2 cups	93g / 3.3oz	Whole-wheat flour
2 tablespoons	30ml	Vital wheat gluten
3/4 teaspoon	3.8ml	Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Active dry yeast

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by you machine's manufacturer. Select the wheat/grain/basic or white cycle and press start.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
