Spelt Bread Recipe - Cooking Index
Medium 1 1/2 Lb Loaf | ||
1 1/8 cups | 266ml | Goat milk |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Blackstrap molasses |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Spelt flour |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Whole-wheat flour |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vital wheat gluten |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Active dry yeast |
Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by you machine's manufacturer. Select the wheat/grain/basic or white cycle and press start.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
