You may also use this for cinnamon roll dough. It is rich and soft and makes wonderful cinnamon rolls. When using this for cinnamon rolls replace the water with milk.

1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
7 tablespoons | 105ml | Butter |
3 | Eggs | |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Bread machine yeast |
Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Select the Basic/White cycle and press start.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
