Pineapple Cranberry Bread Recipe - Cooking Index

1 cup | 237ml | Cranberry juice |
2/3 | Crushed pineapple | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour |
1 | Rolled oats | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Yeast |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Walnuts - add at beep |
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Dried cranberries - add at beep |
Place all ingredients, except those denoted as "Add at Beep" in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the basic or white cycle and press start. At the add ingredients beep add in the walnuts and dried cranberries.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
