| 1 cup | 237ml | Water - plus |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Maple extract, not syrup |
| 2 1/4 cups | 140g / 4.9oz | Bread flour |
| 3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Whole-wheat flour |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Walnuts - toasted |
| 1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Chopped pitted prunes |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Dry milk |
| 4 teaspoons | 20ml | Sugar |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Bread machine yeast |
Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Select the Basic/White cycle and press start.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
