Garlic Bread

Recipe Ingredients

1 3/8 cups	325ml	Water
3 tablespoons	45ml	Olive oil
1 teaspoon	5ml	Finely-minced garlic
4 cups	250g / 8.8oz	Bread flour
3 tablespoons	45ml	White sugar
2 teaspoons	10ml	Salt
1/4 cup	36g / 1.3oz	Grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon	5ml	Dried sweet basil
1 teaspoon	5ml	Garlic powder
3 tablespoons	45ml	Chopped chives
1 teaspoon	5ml	Coarsely-ground black pepper
2 1/2 teaspoons	12ml	Bread machine yeast

Recipe Instructions

Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer. Can be made either on the White, Rapid, or Delay bake cycles. Choose one. Start.

This recipe yields a 2 pound loaf.
