| Medium 1 1/2 Lb Loaf | ||
| 1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Water | 
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Finely-chopped red bell pepper | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tabasco sauce | 
| 4 cups | 250g / 8.8oz | Bread flour | 
| 1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Cornmeal | 
| (or 1/3 cup uncooked polenta) | ||
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne pepper | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper | 
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Parsley flakes | 
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Garlic powder | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt | 
| 2 1/2 teaspoons | 12ml | Bread machine yeast | 
Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Select the Basic/White cycle and press start.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
