1 cup | 237ml | Water |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Honey |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Ground cinnamon |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Wheat germ |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Cocoa powder |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Powdered milk |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons | 12ml | Active dry yeast |
1/2 | Dried figs - chopped | |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Chopped walnuts |
Place all ingredients (except walnuts and figs) in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the basic/white cycle and press start. If your machines basic/white cycle doesn't have an add-in beep. Then use the cycle that does or turn on the add-in beep.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
