Cottage Cheese Bread Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cottage cheese |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine |
1 | Egg | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | White sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Baking soda |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons | 12ml | Active dry yeast |
Add the ingredients to your bread machine in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer, and start. You can use up to 1/2 cup more bread flour if the dough seems too sticky.
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
