Cinnamon Cranraisin Bread Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 177ml | Warm water |
1 | Egg - slightly beaten | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter or margarine |
2 2/3 cups | 166g / 5.9oz | All-purpose flour |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Powdered milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | White sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Yeast |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Cranraisins |
Place warm water, egg, butter or margarine, flour, powdered milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and yeast into the bread machine in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer. Start the machine. After the first rise, add the cranraisins. Continue baking.
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
