Cinnamon Bread II

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/4 cups	296ml	Warm water - (110 degrees)
2 tablespoons	30ml	Butter or margarine - softened
3 1/4 cups	203g / 7.2oz	Bread flour
1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	White sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Salt
1 teaspoon	5ml	Ground cinnamon
3 1/2 teaspoons	17ml	Active dry yeast
3/4 cup	120g / 4.2oz	Raisins

Recipe Instructions

Place ingredients in order suggested by your machine's manufacturer. Select the sweet bread and light crust settings. Add raisins when indicated by your manufacturer.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
