Cinnamon Bread II Recipe - Cooking Index
This bread is wonderful and sweet. Omit the raisins for just a plain good cinnamon bread.
Courses: Breads1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Warm water - (110 degrees) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine - softened |
3 1/4 cups | 203g / 7.2oz | Bread flour |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | White sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cinnamon |
3 1/2 teaspoons | 17ml | Active dry yeast |
3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Raisins |
Place ingredients in order suggested by your machine's manufacturer. Select the sweet bread and light crust settings. Add raisins when indicated by your manufacturer.
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
