Chili Bread

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup	177ml	Beer - plus
2 tablespoons	30ml	Beer
1 teaspoon	5ml	Instant beef bouillon
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Ground cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Hot pepper oil (e.G. Mongolian Fire Oil)
1 tablespoon	15ml	Olive oil
2 1/4 cups	140g / 4.9oz	Bread flour
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Ground cumin
1 tablespoon	15ml	Minced dried onion
1 teaspoon	5ml	Chili powder
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
2 teaspoons	10ml	Active dry yeast

Recipe Instructions

Place the ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by themachine's manufacturer. Select the French Bread or White Bread setting, and then press Start.

This recipe yields a 1 pound loaf.
