Cheese Herb Bread

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/4 cups 296mlWarm water - (110 degrees)
3 cups 187g / 6.6ozBread flour
2 tablespoons 30mlDry milk
2 tablespoons 30mlWhite sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlSalt
2 tablespoons 30mlButter or margarine - softened
2 tablespoons 30mlGrated Parmesan cheese - (to 3 tbspns)
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlDried marjoram
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlDried thyme
1 teaspoon 5mlDried basil
1 teaspoon 5mlDried oregano
3 teaspoons 15mlActive dry yeast

Recipe Instructions

Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer. Select the basic bread cycle. Select start.

To bake bread in oven, select dough or manual cycle. Once cycle is complete, shape dough and place in a greased loaf pan. Allow to rise in a warm spot until doubled in size. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the center of the loaf reads 200 degrees.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
