Cheddar Cheese Bread Recipe - Cooking Index

3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Nonfat dry milk |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter - softened |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Warm water |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Grated extra-sharp Cheddar cheese |
Use all ingredients at room temperature. Place all ingredients into bread pan in the order recommended by the machine's manufacturer. Select "white bread" setting. Push start.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
