Cheddar Cheese Bread

Recipe Ingredients

1		Active dry yeast
3 cups	187g / 6.6oz	Bread flour
1/4 cup	59ml	Nonfat dry milk
1 tablespoon	15ml	Butter - softened
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
2 tablespoons	30ml	Sugar
1 1/4 cups	296ml	Warm water
1 1/2 cups	219g / 7.7oz	Grated extra-sharp Cheddar cheese

Recipe Instructions

Use all ingredients at room temperature. Place all ingredients into bread pan in the order recommended by the machine's manufacturer. Select "white bread" setting. Push start.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
