Buttermilk Bread II

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups	355ml	Buttermilk
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Butter or margarine
2 tablespoons	30ml	White sugar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
3 cups	187g / 6.6oz	Bread flour
1 1/3 cups	83g / 2.9oz	Whole-wheat flour
2 1/4 teaspoons	11ml	Yeast

Recipe Instructions

Place buttermilk, butter or margarine, sugar, salt, flour, whole-wheat flour, and yeast into pan of bread machine. Bake on White Bread setting. Cool on wire racks before slicing.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
