Bruce's Honey Sesame Bread

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/4 cups	296ml	Water
1/4 cup	59ml	Honey
1 tablespoon	15ml	Dried buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Salt
3 cups	187g / 6.6oz	Bread flour
3 tablespoons	45ml	Wheat bran
1/2 cup	55g / 1.9oz	Toasted sesame seeds
2 1/4 teaspoons	11ml	Active dry yeast

Recipe Instructions

Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order suggested by themachine's manufacturer. Select Basic Bread cycle. Start.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
