Basic White Sourdough Bread

Recipe Ingredients

		Medium 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
1/3 cup	78ml	Water
3/4 cup	177ml	Healthy active sourdough starter
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Butter
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Sugar
3/4 teaspoon	3.8ml	Salt
3 cups	187g / 6.6oz	Bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Active dry yeast

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Select the French or Basic/White cycle and press start.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
