Au Gratin Potato Bread

Recipe Ingredients

		Medium 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
3/4 cup	177ml	Heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup	118ml	Potato cooking water
1/3 cup	78ml	Plain mashed potatoes - room temperature
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Butter
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Salt
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Sugar
3 cups	187g / 6.6oz	Bread flour
3/4 cup	109g / 3.8oz	Diced sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup	15g / 0.5oz	Diced onion
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Bread machine yeast

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Place the pan in your machine. Select the Basic/White cycle and press start.
