1 cup | 237ml | Warm water |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Bread flour |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Whole-wheat flour |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Cracked wheat |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Sugar |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Grated Parmesan cheese |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Yeast |
Drain artichoke hearts, reserving 3 tablespoons of the liquid. Place all ingredients including the reserved liquid in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the basic or white cycle and press start.
