Apple Oatmeal Bread II Recipe - Cooking Index

5/8 cup | 148ml | Water |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Applesauce |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Butter |
2 3/4 cups | 171g / 6oz | Bread flour |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Rolled oats |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Dry milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cinnamon |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Yeast |
1/3 cup | 53g / 1.9oz | Raisins |
Place all ingredients except the raisins in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the raisin bread cycle or any cycle that has an add ingredients beep. Press start. If your machine doesn't have this feature, add the raisins during the last 10 minutes of the kneading using the basic or white cycle.
