Sourdough French Bread

Recipe Ingredients

		Small 1 Lb Loaf
1/2 tablespoon	7.5ml	Yeast
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
2 1/4 cups	140g / 4.9oz	Bread flour
1/2 cup	118ml	Warm water
1 cup	237ml	Sourdough starter
1 tablespoon	15ml	Sugar

Recipe Instructions

Add all the ingredients to the pan in the order recommended by machine manufacturer. Select "French or White Bread".

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
