1 1/4 cups 296mlWater
1   Egg yolk - room temperature
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon juice
1 tablespoon 15mlOil
2 tablespoons 30mlSugar
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlWhite pepper
3 1/2 cups 218g / 7.7ozBread flour
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped pepperoni
2 tablespoons 30mlGrated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon 15mlActive dry yeast
  Glaze
1   Egg white
1 tablespoon 15mlWater
  Toppings
1 tablespoon 15mlKosher salt
1 tablespoon 15mlSesame seeds

Recipe Instructions

Follow the instructions for your particular brand of bread baking machine. Use "Dough" program.

On a lightly floured surface cut dough into pieces. Roll each piece into a 16-inch rope. Cross ends of the rope to make a loop; twist the crossed ends once and fold across the loop.

Place on a greased baking sheet 1 1/2 inches apart. Brush with glaze and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375 degrees 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
