3 1/2 cups | 218g / 7.7oz | Bread flour |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped pepperoni |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Active dry yeast |

Follow the instructions for your particular brand of bread baking machine. Use "Dough" program.
On a lightly floured surface cut dough into pieces. Roll each piece into a 16-inch rope. Cross ends of the rope to make a loop; twist the crossed ends once and fold across the loop.
Place on a greased baking sheet 1 1/2 inches apart. Brush with glaze and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375 degrees 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
