Peach Bread

5 tablespoons	75ml	Apricot nectar
3 tablespoons	45ml	Peach yogurt
5 tablespoons	75ml	Shredded carrots
1 teaspoon	5ml	Lemon juice
2 teaspoons	10ml	Oil
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Honey
3/4 teaspoon	3.8ml	Salt
2 cups	125g / 4.4oz	Bread flour
1 1/4 teaspoons	6.3ml	Active dry yeast

Recipe Instructions

Follow the instructions for your particular brand of bread baking machine. This recipe can be made and baked with the "Basic" bake cycle.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
