3/4 cup 177mlWater
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozWhite bread flour
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozWheat bread flour
1 tablespoon 15mlDry milk
1/4 cup 59mlHoney
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/2 cup 118mlCanned low-salt chicken broth
2 1/2 tablespoons 37mlGourmet mustard

Recipe Instructions

This recipe yields 1 loaf.

Hints: Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard is good in this recipe, but experiment with different brands. DO NOT USE DRY MUSTARD!
