| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vegetable oil | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Liquid honey | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt | 
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | White flour | 
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Whole wheat flour | 
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Flax seeds | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sesame seeds | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Poppy seeds | 
| 1 3/4 teaspoons | 8.8ml | Active dry yeast | 
Add ingredients to pan in order recommended by machine manufacturer. Select white bread; crust color light.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
