3 cups 187g / 6.6ozWhite bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlDry milk
2 tablespoons 30mlSugar
2 tablespoons 30mlSalt
2 tablespoons 30mlButter
2 teaspoons 10mlFast rise yeast
  (or 3 tspns active dry yeast)

Hints: This makes great low fat croutons. Lightly butter bread slices, cube, and bake at 350 degrees until crisp.
