Cheddar Parmesan Bread Recipe - Cooking Index

2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Butter - softened |
3 1/2 teaspoons | 17ml | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Paprika |
1 1/4 cups | 182g / 6.4oz | Grated Cheddar cheese |
2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Minced onions |
2 1/2 cups | 156g / 5.5oz | Bread flour |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Yeast |
Add all ingredients to machine in order recommended by machine manufacturer. Select "white" bread setting; crust color as desired.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
