Carolina Rice Bread Recipe - Cooking Index
2 1/4 teaspoons | 11ml | Yeast |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Nonfat dry milk powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Unsalted butter |
3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Cooked rice |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Water |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Egg (large) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
Measure all ingredients into machine according to manufacturer's directions. Select basic/white cycle. Do not use timer.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
