2 teaspoons | 10ml | Finely-chopped garlic |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Margarine or butter - softened |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Bread flour |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cajun or Creole seasoning |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Yeast |
Large 1 1/2 Lb Loaf | ||
3/4 cup | 177ml | Water |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Chopped onion |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Chopped green bell pepper |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Finely-chopped garlic |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Margarine or butter - softened |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cajun or Creole seasoning |
1 1/4 teaspoons | 6.3ml | Salt |
1 3/4 teaspoons | 8.8ml | Yeast |
Measure all ingredients into machine according to manufacturer's directions. Select basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. (Do not use delay cycles.) Cool on wire rack.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
