2 cups 125g / 4.4ozBread flour
1 tablespoon 15mlSugar
1 teaspoon 5mlCajun or Creole seasoning
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlSalt
1 teaspoon 5mlYeast
  Large 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
3/4 cup 177mlWater
1/3 cup 20g / 0.7ozChopped onion
1/3 cup 48g / 1.7ozChopped green bell pepper
2 teaspoons 10mlFinely-chopped garlic
1 tablespoon 15mlMargarine or butter - softened
3 cups 187g / 6.6ozBread flour
2 tablespoons 30mlSugar
2 teaspoons 10mlCajun or Creole seasoning
1 1/4 teaspoons 6.3mlSalt
1 3/4 teaspoons 8.8mlYeast

Recipe Instructions

Measure all ingredients into machine according to manufacturer's directions. Select basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. (Do not use delay cycles.) Cool on wire rack.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
