Apricot Bread Recipe - Cooking Index
| Large 1 1/2 Lb Loaf | ||
| 1 packet | Active dry yeast | |
| 3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Brown sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Butter - room temperature |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Dried apricots - cut in quarters |
| 1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Orange juice |
Ingredients should be at room temperature. Add all ingredients in order recommended by machine manufacturer. Use White or Basic setting. Crust color as desired.
