Applesauce Bread

Recipe Ingredients

		Large 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
1/2 cup	118ml	Apple juice
2/3 cup	157ml	Applesauce
1/2 cup	118ml	Grated apple
1 pinch		Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Cinnamon
4 tablespoons	60ml	Sugar
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
1 1/2 tablespoons	22ml	Nonfat dry milk
3/4 cup	46g / 1.6oz	Whole wheat flour
2 1/4 cups	140g / 4.9oz	Bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Dry yeast
1 tablespoon	15ml	Margarine

Recipe Instructions

Add all ingredients to machine in order recommended by machine manufactuer. Select "white bread" setting; crust color medium.
