8-Grain Bread

Recipe Ingredients

		Large 1 1/2 Lb Loaf
1		Active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups	93g / 3.3oz	Bread flour
1 1/2 cups	93g / 3.3oz	8-grain flour
1 tablespoon	15ml	Sugar
1/8 cup	29ml	Corn oil
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
3/4 cup	177ml	Warm milk
1/4 cup	59ml	Warm water

Recipe Instructions

Add all ingredients to machine in order recommended by machine manufacturer. Select "whole wheat" bread setting; crust color light.
