1 cup | 237ml | Water |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef or turkey |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | McCormick Minced Onion |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | McCormick Parsley Flakes |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
1 | Egg | |
1 | McCormick Mushroom Gravy Mix |
Combine Gravy mix and water. Set aside.
Combine ground beef, egg, minced onion, and parsley flakes. Shape into 1-inch balls.
In a non-stick skillet, brown meatballs in 1 tablespoon oil. Drain; add gravy mixture. Cover; simmer 15 minutes.
Serve over curly noodles or rice.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
