2 teaspoons | 10ml | Yeast |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry milk |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour |
1/3 teaspoon | 1.7ml | Cloves |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Cinnamon |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Coriander |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
Put the ingredients in the top part into the bread tin in the order suggested by your bread machine instructions (usually liquid first, then flour, then yeast).
Use light crust setting. Delayed timer okay.
