Turkey Club Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
Thanks to precooked bacon and enhanced bottled dressing, this salad is a snap. For dessert, go all out with brownies à la mode.
Courses: Salads| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Bottled creamy coleslaw dressing |
| = (or ranch dressing) | ||
| 4 teaspoons | 20ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh tarragon |
| 1 | Baby spinach - (6 oz) | |
| 12 oz | 340g | Cooked smoked turkey - cut 1/2" dice |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Halved cherry tomatoes |
| 8 | Precooked bacon - chopped | |
| 1 cup | 30g / 1.1oz | Packaged Parmesan croutons |
Mix dressing, lemon juice, and tarragon in small bowl. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
Toss spinach in large bowl with enough dressing to coat. Divide among 4 plates. Top each salad with turkey, tomatoes, and bacon. Sprinkle with croutons.
