Adobo Kang Kong

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlVinegar - cider
4   Garlic - crushed
1 tablespoon 15mlBlack pepper
1 teaspoon 5mlRock salt
1   Kang kong - (approximately)
1   Onion - chopped (medium)
3 tablespoons 45mlSoy sauce - to taste
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozPork - chopped
1 cup 237mlWater

Recipe Instructions

Wash and drain kang kong tops (use okra or string beans as substitutes).  Saute garlic, pepper, onion and pork until brown.  Add water and simmer until meat is tender.  Add kang kong and soy.  Add vinegar when kang kong is cooked.
