Smoked Salmon With Mustard-Dill Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
Great with pumpernickel bread.
Type: Fish| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Corn oil |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey mustard |
| 4 teaspoons | 20ml | Dijon mustard |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | White wine vinegar |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped fresh dill |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Sliced smoked salmon |
Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Stir in dill. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
Serve salmon with sauce.
