1   Cabbage - shredded
1   Sauerkraut - washed
2 cups 292g / 10ozMushroom - chopped
1/4 cup 59mlDried mushrooms
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozOnion - chopped fine (large)
1/4   Dill - chopped fine
1   Salt
1   Pepper

Recipe Instructions

Cook cabbage for 15 minutes in boiling water. drain and cool. Saut? onion in butter and Salt Pork fat untill golden brown. add cabbage and saurkraut and dill and cook for 10 minutes.
