Cilantro-Tomato Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
This recipe accompanies "Black Bean Soup With Cilantro-Tomato Salsa" (see recipe).
Courses: Sauces| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Diced seeded plum tomatoes |
| 1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Chopped fresh cilantro |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped onion |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lime juice |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 6 hours ahead. Cover and chill.)
This recipe yields about 1 cup.
