Banana, Honey, And Soy Milk Smoothie Recipe - Cooking Index
Soy milk is extracted from pureed fresh soybeans and has a taste similar to that of cow's milk. For this cool, light and delicious treat, you will need to peel and freeze the bananas ahead of time.
Serves: 2 people1 1/2 | Bananas - peeled, cut | |
Into 1/2" rounds - frozen | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Light (1%) soy milk |
1 cup | 237ml | Ice cubes |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla extract |
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
