Chocolate Glaze II

1 1/2 cups 355mlWhipping cream
12 oz 340gBittersweet (not unsweetened) or
  Semisweet chocolate - chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlLight corn syrup

Recipe Instructions

Bring cream to simmer in large saucepan over low heat. Add chocolate, whisk until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in corn syrup. Cool glaze until barely lukewarm.

This recipe yields 3 cups.
