Chocolate Glaze II Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Whipping cream |
12 oz | 340g | Bittersweet (not unsweetened) or |
Semisweet chocolate - chopped | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Light corn syrup |
Bring cream to simmer in large saucepan over low heat. Add chocolate, whisk until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in corn syrup. Cool glaze until barely lukewarm.
This recipe yields 3 cups.
