Almond-Raisin Granola Recipe - Cooking Index

3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Old-fashioned oats |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Slivered almonds |
3/4 cup | 69g / 2.4oz | Shredded sweetened coconut |
1/3 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Sesame seeds |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Pure maple syrup |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Dark brown sugar - (packed) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Warm water |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Golden raisins |
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Lightly spray rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Toss oats and next 3 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk syrup, brown sugar, oil, 2 tablespoons warm water and salt in small bowl to blend. Pour syrup mixture over oat mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer to prepared baking sheet. Bake until evenly browned, stirring occasionally, about 1 hour 15 minutes. Cool. Transfer to large bowl. Mix in raisins. (Can be made 1 week ahead. Store in airtight container.)
