Strawberry Compote With Tequila And Lime Recipe - Cooking Index
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Triple sec |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Fresh lime juice |
3 1/2 tablespoons | 52ml | Tequila |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime peel |
5 cups | 1185ml | Quartered hulled strawberries |
Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Add strawberries; toss. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour or chill up to 4 hours.
This recipe yields about 4 cups.
