Strawberry Compote With Tequila And Lime

Recipe Ingredients

6 tablespoons	90ml	Triple sec
1/3 cup	65g / 2.3oz	Sugar
1/3 cup	78ml	Fresh lime juice
3 1/2 tablespoons	52ml	Tequila
2 tablespoons	30ml	Lime peel
5 cups	1185ml	Quartered hulled strawberries

Recipe Instructions

Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Add strawberries; toss. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour or chill up to 4 hours.

This recipe yields about 4 cups.
