1 teaspoon | 5ml | Finely-chopped onion |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Prepared mustard |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
6 | English muffin halves | |

Hard-boiled eggs | ||

Avocados |
Mix ingredients, minus muffin halves, together in a bowl. Spread mixture on muffin halves. Broil 2 or 3 minutes until top is golden.
Garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, or avocados, depending upon whether it is being served for brunch or lunch.
