1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onions |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Accent seasoning |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Chicken base |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground white pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne pepper |
12 oz | 340g | Evaporated milk |
12 oz | 340g | Heavy whipping cream |
1 | Mushroom soup | |
2 | Egg yolks |
Gradually saute onions in Whirl. Add Accent, flour, chicken base, white pepper, and cayenne pepper (mix in cup before adding). Pour evaporated milk into pot, stirring constantly. Add whipping cream and mushroom soup and cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Blend in egg yolks.
