Crab Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - softened |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise or sour cream |
1 | Crabmeat - drained, flaked | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chives - (to 2 tbspns) |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Curry powder |
Combine all ingredients, place in a serving bowl, and refrigerate.
Allow to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
