Blue Cheese Krab Quiche

Recipe Ingredients

1		Prepared pie crust
1 cup	237ml	Krab (imitation crab) - crumbled
1/4 cup	36g / 1.3oz	Blue cheese - crumbled
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Shredded mozzarella cheese
1		Green onion - chopped fine
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Freshly-ground black pepper
4		Eggs
1 cup	237ml	Milk
1/2 cup	118ml	Parmesan

Recipe Instructions

Spread krab, cheeses and onions in crust. Whisk together eggs, milk and pepper and pour slowly into crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake. Allow to set 5 minutes before serving.
