Abbie's Shrimp

Recipe Ingredients

5 lbs 2270g / 80ozShrimp - (to 6 lbs)
2 sticks  Butter - melted
2 sticks  Margarine - melted
3 oz 85gWorchestershire sauce - (to 4 oz)
4 tablespoons 60mlFreshly-ground black pepper
2 teaspoons 10mlTabasco pepper sauce
3   Garlic cloves - minced
1 teaspoon 5mlGround rosemary
2 teaspoons 10mlSalt
4   Lemons - (2 juiced, 2 sliced)

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients (except shrimp and sliced lemon) in a bowl. Arrange shrimp and lemon slices in baking dish and then cover with sauce. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes (stirring once or twice).

Serve with basmati rice, a fresh green vegetable, fresh green salad with savory dressing and hot bread for dunking in the sauce.
