5 lbs | 2270g / 80oz | Shrimp - (to 6 lbs) |
2 sticks | Butter - melted | |
2 sticks | Margarine - melted | |
3 oz | 85g | Worchestershire sauce - (to 4 oz) |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
3 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground rosemary |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
4 | Lemons - (2 juiced, 2 sliced) |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients (except shrimp and sliced lemon) in a bowl. Arrange shrimp and lemon slices in baking dish and then cover with sauce. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes (stirring once or twice).
Serve with basmati rice, a fresh green vegetable, fresh green salad with savory dressing and hot bread for dunking in the sauce.
