Aluminum Foil - (12" by 18" ea) | ||
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Peeled deveined medium uncooked shrimp |
4 cups | 640g / 22oz | Cooked rice |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Smoked sausage - sliced |
1 | Diced tomatoes with garlic and onions - (14 1/2 oz) | |
1 | Green bell pepper - chopped (medium) | |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Dried Cajun seasoning - (to 4) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Hot sauce |
Preheat Sunbeam or GrillMaster grill to medium-high.
Combine shrimp, rice, sausage, tomatoes, green pepper, Cajun seasoning and hot sauce.
Center one-fourth of mixture on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil.
Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet. Repeat to make four packets.
Grill 8 to 10 minutes in covered grill.
