Shrimp Jambalaya Packets

Recipe Ingredients

4   Sheets Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty
  Aluminum Foil - (12" by 18" ea)
1 lb 454g / 16ozPeeled deveined medium uncooked shrimp
4 cups 640g / 22ozCooked rice
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozSmoked sausage - sliced
1   Diced tomatoes with garlic and onions - (14 1/2 oz)
1   Green bell pepper - chopped (medium)
3 teaspoons 15mlDried Cajun seasoning - (to 4)
1 teaspoon 5mlHot sauce

Recipe Instructions

Preheat Sunbeam or GrillMaster grill to medium-high.

Combine shrimp, rice, sausage, tomatoes, green pepper, Cajun seasoning and hot sauce.

Center one-fourth of mixture on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil.

Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet. Repeat to make four packets.

Grill 8 to 10 minutes in covered grill.
