A wonderful topping for grilled steak, especially our recipe for Sliced Porterhouse Steak with Peppercorns!
Courses: Sauces| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Dijon mustard |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Steak sauce |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Bourbon |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
| Juice of 1 lemon |
On your side burner, combine all of the ingredients and heat until warm.
This recipe yields about 1 cup.
