Mint Chutney Recipe - Cooking Index
Make this chutney a few hours in advance so that the flavors have a chance to meld.
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped fresh mint |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped scallions |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Plain yogurt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Light corn syrup |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped toasted walnuts |
Juice and zest of 1 lemon | ||
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco sauce |
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for 2 to 3 minutes.
This recipe yields about 1 cup.
